How to cancel if WP Engine is not a good fit for my needs

At any time, you can download a complete copy of your blog. This include the entire database and every single file including system files, media uploads, and plugins — not just the usual WordPress “export” which is just posts and comments.
You can restore this dump to a new server and be up and running immediately. In fact, if you already self-host, you might want to give that a try just to prove to yourself that you could revert back to self-hosting at any time. Some of our customers do this on purpose to have a “hot backup.”
On top of that, we’re developing a new service that will automatically push this dump to a location of your choosing (like Amazon S3 or an FTP drop-box), so even if something drastic happens you’d be able to restore your entire site immediately.
In order to cancel your account please log into your Zendesk account and create a support ticket. When submitting your cancellation request please provide the reason for cancelling. We would also like to know if there was anything more that we could do or could have done to make your experience better. Any positive or negative feedback that you can provide regarding our service would be much appreciated. We want to make sure that we are doing all that we can to provide the highest level of service possible.
